How long does it last?

This is multifactorial, it depends on lifestyle factors, exercise, metabolism, smoking, alcohol consumption, facial expression/activity.

How many appointments will I need?

This will vary between individuals often to crease perfect lips and structures we need more than one visit and advisable to build gradually with three months between.  A consultation is required to discuss amount of filler needed. 

What is migration?

Migration is when filler moves away from the area that is injected volumizing a different area.

Filler is degraded by our body naturally but sometimes we need to start from feesh and dissolve existing filler.

What if I don’t like it?

This is unlikely as your wishes and concerns will have been addressed thoroughly at your consultation and during the treatment however if after the two weeks recovered you are still not happy, we can address concerns at review and discuss options of either adding more filler or easily dissolving the filler

Will I bruise?

Bruising is always a risk. It can last up to two weeks, so it is always best to plan your visit and leave plenty of time before any events. Avoiding alcohol and exercise 24 hours before your appointment will help to reduce risk and following your post treatment advice.

Will I swell?

Swelling is always a risk; it is very unpredictable how much you will sell. For 2-3 days after treatment swelling may be more extreme in some people, so plan your visit in advance and leave plenty of time for events.
